The project requires a number of key approvals under Victorian legislation.
Draft Planning Scheme Amendment
A draft Planning Scheme Amendment (PSA) affecting the Brimbank, Hobsons Bay, Maribyrnong, Melbourne, Port of Melbourne and Wyndham Planning Schemes has been prepared and is included in the set of documents (see Attachment IV).
